The Bioelectric Interface Center researchers participated in several scientific events!

Research and reports covered a wide range of topics related to bioelectrical interfaces and fundamental physiology. Our researchers gave presentations at the XXIV Congress of the Pavlov Physiological Society, the conference "Molecular Mechanisms of Regulation of Physiological Functions", the international conference "Neurotechnologies and Neurointerfaces" and the symposium "Brain-Computer Interfaces / Biofeedback solutions".

In St. Petersburg from September 11 to 15, our employees presented their research at the XXIV Congress of the Pavlov Physiological Society. The congress was held within the framework of the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Decade of Science and Technology. This is the largest event covering a wide range of issues of fundamental physiology and medicine.

List of reports:

  • Fedosov N.P., Semenkov I.V., Axiotis V.A., Nekrasova Y.Y., Osadchiy A.E. Instantaneous neurofeedback (iNeurofeedback).
  • Axiotis V.A., Osadchiy A.E. Toward detailed decoding of natural motor intentions by electromyogram in patients with upper limb amputation.
  • Kleeva D.F., Kubyak A.E., Fedosov N.P., Osadchiy A.E. Precision medicine of epilepsy - from interictal commissures to epileptogenic networks and cortical waves.
  • Kleeva D.F., Osadchiy A.E. Bayesian approach to the search of functional networks from non-invasive MEG data.

On September 15-17, the IV Youth School-Conference "Molecular Mechanisms of Regulation of Physiological Functions" was held at the Zvenigorod Biostation of MSU. Maria Volodina, CEO of Brainstart and employee of CBI, made a report on "Recognition of mental states based on EEG and autonomic indices" in the section "Neurophysiology: integrative aspects".

On September 18-20, four of our employees visited Kaliningrad and spoke at the fifth international conference "Neurotechnologies and Neurointerfaces" within the Baltic Forum: Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence and Complex Systems.

The September conference marathon ended with the symposium "Brain-Computer Interfaces / Biofeedback solutions" at Novosibirsk State University.
